VolTra is a youth-focused charity dedicated to Action Learning, global citizenship, and meaningful journeys. We are seeking a passionate, people-oriented, and resourceful people to nurture our community of changemakers and ensure the smooth execution of our local and overseas impact programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and operation of local impact programs and overseas placements, handling the essential logistics and coordination to ensure smooth and life-changing experiences.
  • Act as the bridge between VolTra and participants to support their learning and engagement during and after local events or overseas workcamps.
  • Mobilize and nurture our network of alumni, providing opportunities for them to grow, return as mentors, and use their talents to drive future initiatives.
  • Serve as the VolTra representative on social media and digital channels, offering empathetic support to aspiring volunteers and guiding them through their changemaker journey.
  • Uncover and amplify the impactful stories of our community, transforming participant experiences into touching content that promotes the spirit of volunteering.
  • Manage essential operational processes such as application processing and database maintenance with precision to ensure every volunteer’s journey is handled with care.
  • Collaborate on ad hoc projects that expand the organization’s reach and positive social impact.
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree holder in Social Science, Marketing, or any other discipline.
  • A people-person with a proactive mindset, capable of building genuine relationships and fostering a supportive community spirit.
  • Prior experience in international volunteer, VolTra Program or local community service is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with a flair for storytelling that motivates and moves the audience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital engagement tools, with the ability to balance administrative detail with creative thinking.
  • Willing to travel and work during weekends or holidays to support our mission in the field.
